The Groupido GmbH offers the technological basis for benefit-sharing.

We believe that aside the maximizing of personal benefit, the future holds room for transaction models that enable sharing a transaction’s benefits among the people involved in a more cooperative way – this is what we call Benefit Sharing. Benefit Sharing applies especially when groups are involved in the transaction. From the individuals´ perspective, the benefit reached is shared among those involved.

This accounts for transactions of various kinds where a cash flow is involved, where money is passed in between the taker and the giver(s). The parties involved in a transaction can be individuals as well as organisations, which can both act initiatively as well as participating.

We strive to enable our Vision of Benefit Sharing by providing the technology needed in as many fields and as easy to use as possible.
Benefit-sharing not always happens in the same way. It requires different models, for example the differentiation between production and trade or financing of intentions and project. Thereof, several benefit-sharing-models reveal for the respective offer types.

We develop and run an online-platform, which enables sharing benefits by involving groups, hence empowering our vision of Benefit Sharing. Our platform lets users place offers and participate in existing offers. We strive to provide our users

• an intuitively to use platform,
• a premium way to present offers,
• handling of orders and participations in a flexible and transparent way,
• ensure data privacy by only using the data necessary for our processes.

Groupido can be used either as Platform, or as an integrated version, that runs like an application in our partners´ websites, thus making it possible to address the customer directly.
