The Sympathy team „Sarrois Vivre“has been found in 1997 and counts almost 50 members. Since 2002 “Sarrois Vivre” is a registered association with headquarter in Hanover. Along the lines of “Hauptsach gudd gess, geschaffd ham mir schnell“ Saarlanders find themselves in our Sympathy team and can join and support the traditions of the Saarland even beyond their home. The sympathy team fulfils his function by organize sociable meetings with Saarlanders and Saarland friends and a lot more activities which helping Saarlanders stay together.

The initiative "Saarland Ambassadors" is a Private/Public Partnership between the SHS Foundation and the Saarland State Government. The Saarland Ambassadors volunteer and support the Saarland and help to develop a positive and innovative image of the Saarland.
